Italy’s highest film festival takes place amidst the mountain scenery of the Dolomites in the South Tyrolean Val Gardena. The DOLOMITALE Filmfestival will be the setting for filmmakers and film lovers at the end of summer.

Two competitions are taking place as part of the festival. The best documentary from the Alps and the best South Tyrolean short film will be awarded.

The DOLOMITALE is also the first film festival of its kind in the Rhaeto-Romance language area.
